Our client, a global provider of industrial products, had recently acquired a group of companies with its primary markets in Europe.

In order to ensure a swift and smooth integration, the client was looking for post-merger support, specifically in the middle European region. In particular, they requested an experienced project manager with deep industry knowledge of the European market to lead the 100-day program.

Our project professional lead this integration by setting up 6 key integration teams with both buyer/seller personnel focussing on implementing the client’s dna through an extensive culture program, finance, HR, sales, production and purchase.

The PMI team achieved the 100-day program’s objectives by laying out the synergies created by the merger, crafting detailed implementation plans especially in line with the buyers shared services philosophy, and monitoring progress through weekly steering committee meetings.
